refunds and returns.

in the event of a faulty item which is proven to be at fault of the maker, a return will be accepted and and i will cover the cost of the post

​

you may not return any item which is not at fault or cannot be proven to be, especially if it has been custom made

​

if your product develops/has an unexplainable problem please get in touch via email to work out the best solution

​

in the case of a wrong size item being bought, there are some circumstances in which i will accept a return (at your cost) and send out another item - also at your cost. not all items are able to be remade, so please email me about this before returning.

in the case of a wrong size item being SENT by me, at my error, i will send out the correct size item to you, depending on the value and location of the incorrect product i may ask for it to be returned, at my cost.

incorrect delivery addresses supplied resulting in the parcel being lost/diverted and you are unable to receive it, i cannot cover and will not refund for. please make sure your delivery information is correct when paying. if you notice a mistake please email WITHIN 24 hours.

if a parcel is returned to me due to said incorrect address i will require postage to be paid again by the buyer for the parcel to be re-sent. you may not request a return at this point, especially if the items have been custom made for you.

orders may not be cancelled more than 2 hours after purchase

any refunds will be given upon receipt.

i ship worldwide using tracked and signed delivery and insured upto full value. 

​

for worldwide customers who have not received their item please wait 60 days from date of dispatch before enquiring. i am unable to make a claim from the post office before this date

 

if an item is returned to me due to incorrect/incomplete address being supplied you must cover the cost of me re posting the parcel
